My research is going on...I'm really interested in the observation of tourism sector in Taormina. Concerning with the study of every kind of tourism sectors, it is possible to notice that there are many problems in relation to customer's services. I choose to use qualitative method approach in order to have more direct contact with local people doing them interviews. I' m going to organise interview format...anyway, i hope that it could be useful to achieve my goals.

    Hi alessia,
    Face to face interviews is definitely a good way to gather a more depth information about perceptions, opinions and tourist satisfaction. Although interviews is something that takes more time to do it but at least the information gather will be more trustworthy and the final conclusions of the interviews will help you to achieve your goals. This is one of your steps towards your research project, so go for it ;)
